If you arrived at this page, you likely know the story already. But in short... after nearly 6 years of selling information products in the "make money online", "business opportunity", "internet marketing" arena, I'm closing down shop. It's been nicely profitable for me through the years but I've lost all interest and passion.
I'm going to instead focus on expanding my "The Genie" services which for 3 years was treated as a hobby and side income ... and further developing my Canada Marketing Summit which has a lot of potential and I want to bump to 2 x per year ... and building my niche community/content network (it has nothing to do with the business-to-business, marketing, internet marketing etc space).
But I'm going to be selling all my domains, websites, products, sales funnels, brands, subscribers, buyers, affiliates ... everything that I built over the years that is attached to my "make money online / internet marketing" offers.
That all will of course go to ONE buyer.
I've been sitting in my hotel room building the full inventory for that business for sale. So I'm coming across all sorts of files.
I've purchased some high quality leads lists in the past to promote my products to.
I barely tapped the surface, but I can safely attribute $60,000+ in revenue from quick sales that I promoted directly and exclusively to PART of the leads. I've probably only worked through 1/4 of the leads and even that wasn't with any level of intelligent followup.
At this point... I'm cashing out. Looking to re-coup what I initially invested into those databases.
So I'm selling all those leads lists for $600 to 4 buyers.
A 5th copy of the full list will go to whoever buys the full business (so they automatically get these same leads).
Note: the in-house generated subscriber list, buyers list etc is ONLY being released as part of the business asset to ONE new buyer.
But over 400,000 of premium leads are up for grabs for 4 people for $600. (I paid a little over $2500 for these databases).

This is one of the MLM distributors / MLM geneology lists. The MLM distributors lists were sold to a few buyers in the past. I've made over $15,000 in quick promos to just *SOME* of these leads. I've still never marketed to all of them. They are definitely still active... here are more images for the MLM lists...
More MLMers. Roughly 750k + 370k distributors in total. That's raw count. There is roughly a 40% bounce on these so you're looking at roughly 600,000 active leads. Lots of selling opp.
Another batch of MLMers.
I have 7 separate files of "work at home" and "business opportunity" seekers. They filled out web forms interested in home based business opp or ways to make online etc. Each of the 7 files has roughly 4000 leads. In total = 28,000 "work at home" leads. As you can somewhat see... they come with Address, City, email, firstname, IP, state, phone number, zip. Email, direct mail, phone are all smart ways to market to ANY of these leads.
*** This is the MEAT! These are seminar attendees for either personal development or business development seminars. I've sold over $40,000 marketing to just *SOME* of these leads. This database alone was a bargain when I bought it for $1200 (I definitely made my money back). In my "ad" announcing all of these leads sales... I mentioned 400,000 leads... obviously you're getting a LOT more. Initially I was just going to sell just THIS database for $600 (half of what I bought this database alone for)... but I've decided to include the other databases too. For an even moderately savvy marketer or someone with a decent offer, this database alone will produce 20X the $600 investment. This is a seriously great database and I never had a chance to fully tap into it (and now, I simply don't care anymore... I want to cash out and move onto my new business focuses).
part of a Skype conversation earlier today with one potential buyer.
I had a friend, an affiliate manager in online gaming / online casinos etc email a few hours ago asking if these leads would be ideal to sell gaming/casino type offers to and to recruit affiliates from ... that's part of my email reply back. It's not a perfect target match but given the low investment, it's likely still a very smart investment for his company. None the less, I figured the reply might help others too.
As I said in the email above... there are 3 categories of leads here. The most important one, the only list I was initially going to sell is the personal development seminars and business seminars attendees list. That's 365,000 records (see sample screenshot above). The other databases are roughly 28,000 "work at home" and "business opportunity" leads who filled out web forms. And finally, there are the MLM distributors (current and past distributors) and there are roughly a million raw leads of which about 600,000 are valid/active based on the 40% bounce rate I was seeing when we were marketing to just one chunk of that list.
In the first screenshot, you also see a "Domain Owners" folder. That's a very big list. I have *NEVER* touched it. It's strictly as a bonus if you're interested. I've never marketed to any of that list... not emails, not direct mail, not phone. Nothing. So I can't "vouche" for how many of those leads are valid. We were going to promote a service that is applicable to all webmasters so a list of domain owners made sense... that project was scarpped so this list was never touched. If you want it though, I'll send it over too. Like I said, I'm cashing out.
